Select Blocks and Tiles
Choose Super Mario Brothers 3 > Pipes
Add two pipes

Select Level Setting > Section 2

This will be the room that we warp in and out from with the pipes we just added
Build out this room however you like but make sure and add two pipes

Select Level Settings and return to Section 1

Select Warps and Doors
We have two pipes in Section 1, we want Mario to go down the first one and come up in Section 2 (the room we just made).
To do this, we want the Entrance Direction to be Moving Down because Mario will be going down the pipe. We want the exit direction to be Moving Up because that was the direction we set in the Section 2 room. The Warp Placement is an Entrance because Mario is Entering the Pipe. We are going down a Pipe so the Warp Effect is a Pipe.
Click above the pipe to add the warp.
*You must make sure the hitbox for the warp is not inside the pipe, it must be seperate (not in collision).

Select Level Setting
Switch to Section 2
Select Warps and Doors
For the exit it is almost the same, we want the Entrance Direction to be Moving Down because Mario will be going down the pipe. We want the exit direction to be Moving Up because that was the direction we set in the Section 2 room but this time the Warp Placement is an Exit because Mario is Leaving the Pipe. We are going down a Pipe so the Warp Effect is a Pipe.

Notice the Warp going down has a 1 in the top left had corner of the hit box and the Warp going up has a 1 in the bottom right hand corner of the hit box.
These numbers mean that they are connected so the next set you add with have 2s then 3s and you guessed it, 4s and so on.

Save and test
Try to add a warp from Section 2 back to Section 1 on your own.
